Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

No Returns on ammunition.

YOU are responsible for knowing your state and local laws.

Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations at any time prior to shipment unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please note order cancellations will incur a 15% cancellation fee if already boxed to cover credit card fees, restocking and labor.

Purchasing Responsibilities

When purchasing ammunition from Golden Munitions, the buyer agrees to the following:

• You are at least 18 (21 when buying pistol ammunition)
• You are legally allowed to buy and receive ammunition
• You are having your product shipped to a physical address. No PO Boxes allowed
• You have never renounced your citizenship
• You are not a fugitive
• You have never been (or in the process of) being dishonorably discharged from a branch of the United States Military
• You have never been declared mentally incompetent or been committed to a mental institution
• You are not under indictment for, or been convicted of any crime which has resulted in jail time greater than a year
• You are not a user of any type of illegal uncontrolled substance
• You are not an illegal alien
• You have never been convicted of domestic violence
• You will not export any product in an unauthorized manner

Please note – you are responsible for how the product you purchase gets used. Golden Munitions is not responsible for any damages or civil liability related to the products which you have purchased. It Is your responsibility to know your local/state laws before the purchase. It is your responsibility to use all ammo in the appropriate firearms that are in good, working condition free from defects.

We Warrant the exercise of extreme care in the manufacturing of this ammo but assume no further responsibility. To avoid injury, use only in firearms in good condition, designed, marked and chambered for this cartridge. Before loading inspect the cartridge and inspect barrel to ensure there are no obstructions.

Order fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from in-store inventory within 1 – 2 weeks using UPS or FedEx. Tracking numbers are available for all items.
